From governed delivery to secure, observable operations

What isn’t your Salesforce org telling you?

Your Salesforce environment never stands still. Integrations connect, permissions change, and AI agents take action. But do you know what’s actually happening?

Valo.ai brings always-on security observability to Salesforce, helping teams uncover hidden connections, identify access risks, monitor AI agent activity, and understand where their environments are exposed.

See how Valo turns operational visibility into actionable intelligence.

    From Our CEOs

“Governance shouldn't stop when software goes live. For years, we've helped customers control how changes reach production. But once those changes are live, teams still need to understand what's connected, who has access, and where risks are emerging. As AI agents become part of everyday operations, that visibility becomes even more important. Bringing Valo into Copado is how we begin connecting governed delivery with operations.”

“Joining Copado gives us the opportunity to bring governance and visibility to every stage of the AI and software lifecycle. As enterprises introduce more AI agents and applications into their business systems, they need to understand what has access to their data and how it's being used.”

The release isn’t the end of governance.

Once changes go live, applications, integrations, and AI agents create risks that traditional release governance can’t always see.

    Apps connect.

Approved apps and integrations act in ways nobody sees. A map of what’s connected is where governance starts.

    Permissions drift.

A release can work perfectly and still widen access. Who can see and do what changes with every release.

    AI agents are active.

Agents act with real permissions and few controls. Teams need to know which agents have access.

Managing risk always starts with knowing where it is.

    Where Valo comes in

One view of who and what has access to your Salesforce. Valo shows and flags. Your team decides and acts.

    People and permissions

A risk score for every user, profile and permission set, and a side-by-side permission compare. Find too much access, including former employees who still have it.

    Connected apps

A map of every connected app and integration, with a risk score for each, so dormant or risky connections stand out.

    AI agentsEarly release

Visibility into which AI agents, including Agentforce, have access to your org.

    License spend

Flags inactive users and users who only need a lower-cost license, so you stop paying for licenses nobody uses.

An admin connects one or more orgs with a low-access account. [Setup time and data handling to be confirmed with Product.]

    Better together

Copado makes sure every change is governed. Valo shows who and what has access once those changes are live.

    Side by side today

A release can work perfectly and still widen access. Valo shows the result in the live org.

Findings give your team a prioritized list of what to review first.

    Release managers

The release isn’t the end of governance.

First question: where do post-release risk findings go today?

    Salesforce administrators

Know what’s connected and over-permissioned without manual detective work.

First question: how long would it take to find stale connections, excess access and unused accounts?

    Platform owners

Bring release governance and operational intelligence closer together.

First question: can we show lower admin effort and better control?

    Operations leaders

Make production easier to understand and operate.

First question: which connected apps or permissions cause the most avoidable work?

See where your Salesforce org stands.

An operational-governance assessment gives your team a first read on connected apps, permissions, unused licenses and what deserves attention first.

    Frequently asked questions

Isn’t this just a security tool?

Security is one outcome. The wider value is making Salesforce easier to govern after a release: connected apps, access, integrations, operational exposure, and the work needed to correct problems.

Do we need this if we have Salesforce Shield?

They work together. Shield records what happens in your org and handles encryption and audit history. Valo tells your team what that activity means and what to do about it, and finds licenses you’re paying for but not using. Valo doesn’t replace Shield’s encryption or audit history.

    Is the closed loop shipping?

Valo’s visibility and Copado’s release workflows exist today. Their deeper integration is phased. We’ll show you what’s live, what’s in pilot and what’s planned.

Will AI make changes by itself?

No. The approach is human-governed. AI can help find, prioritize and propose actions. Production changes stay subject to your approvals and audit trail.
